MISSION
Vasbouragan Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting elderly people of Vanetzie descent and to helping support orphans in Armenia. We publish a periodical called The Varak.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Vasbouragan Society, in pursuing its objectives, seeks:
A. - To keep alive in the hearts of the new generation of Vasbouragan the love of their fatherland and strengthen their faith and confidence in the future.
B. - To preserve the historic and cultural heritage of the Armenian people as well as their national traditions.
C. - To extol the memory of the illustrious scions of Vasbouragan, to observe every year the anniversary of the Epic of Vasbouragan, and to keep up the spirit of Vasbouragan among the Armenians of the Diaspora.
D. - To sponsor pupils in Armenian schools and colleges and further their Armenian education. To extend financial aid to any Armenian student of Vasbouragan extraction who intends to specialize in a particular subject.
E. - To support those Armenian institutions that aim to preserve the well-being and stability of the Armenian people in the Diaspora.
